Class Description: Prepare & Strengthen: A 6-Week Prenatal Series—a strength training program designed to support your changing body and help you build a strong foundation for birth and beyond! This class is perfect for expecting moms who want to maintain strength, reduce discomfort, and feel empowered through every stage of pregnancy.

You’ll enjoy:

  • One weekly 60-minute in-person workout with certified pre/postnatal fitness coaches, Hannah Golden and Bailey Nedved

  • Two easy-to-follow 20-minute home workouts per week

Please Bring: 

  • Yoga Mat

  • 5-10lb Dumbbells for use class 

  • Water Bottle

Using light dumbbells, we’ll focus on safe, functional movements to support your posture, core, and pelvic stability—all while preparing your body for labor and recovery. Whether you're planning to return to fitness postpartum or simply want to feel strong and mobile during pregnancy, this series is for you.
