    Lotus Blossom Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive training program committed to developing long-term competency to profoundly support expectant and new families through the art and science of yoga.

    Best for: Experienced yoga teachers and birth workers who would like to add pre/postnatal yoga to their credentials.

    Prerequisites: At least one year of committed yoga practice.
