Birthing 101 is a one-time foundational class to learn about birthing basics. Attendees will gain an understanding of how the labor and birth process unfolds, including the signs and stages of labor, and what to expect throughout the laboring process.

We suggest pairing this class with Practical Techniques for a Confident Birth, which generally occurs one week later.
