Room Rental

The Nesting Spot offers a number of room rental options to suit a variety of needs.
We have four available rooms:

  • Crane

    Crane is our largest room where we hold our yoga classes, most of our prenatal education, and our parenting groups. It is approximately 350 sq ft.

  • Puffin

    Puffin is our smaller classroom with comfortable seating lining the walls. About 12 adults fit comfortably for class-style presentations. It is approximately 300 sq ft.

  • Chickadee

    Chickadee is our office style space, perfect for small meetings, consultations, or talk therapy. Treatment table can be moved and replaced with comfy chairs as necessary. It is approximately 200 sq ft.

  • Swan

    Swan is our smallest available room. With no windows, it is perfect for body therapies. It is approximately 100 sq ft.

We have the following rental options:

  • Sublease the same room at the same time each week on a monthly basis. Times are offered in three daily blocks: Morning (8:00am-noon), Afternoon (1:00-5:00pm) and Evening (5:30-9:30pm)

  • One-time rentals perfect for a singular event or workshop

  • Special situations, such as a series of classes that span a short amount of time over the course of many days or weeks


Rates are based on a number of factors including room, length of contract, volume of scheduling blocks, and total number of hours per contract. Sponsors, Members of The Nesting Spot's Provider Directory, and non-profit organizations receive discounts.
