Yoga and Movement Classes

The childbearing year is one of life’s most intense transitions- physically, mentally, and emotionally! The Nesting Spot offers a variety of yoga and fitness classes to address these unique needs in a friendly environment. No matter your experience level, our teachers are trained to meet you where you are in pregnancy and as you recover in the postpartum period.
