Postpartum Yoga

Designed specifically for mothers in the postpartum phase who can’t be away from baby for too long, this nurturing class helps you gently rebuild strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body after birth. We focus on:

  • Breath work to calm the nervous system

  • Gentle movement for strength and flexibility

  • Core and pelvic floor rehabilitation

  • Mindfulness to support emotional well-being

*NOTE: this class does not include babies. Please see Parent Baby Yoga for a class that includes babies in the practice

What to Bring:

Please bring a set of yoga props: two blocks, a blanket, a bolster, and a mat. If you do not have these items, a set may be rented for $10 cleaning fee. Further details on props can be found here.

Tuesdays, 5:30- 6:30pm

Class may be cancelled if minimum is not met by 9:00am Tuesday- please register early!
