Thursdays: 6-7:30pm with Aariel*
Saturdays: 9:30-11:00am with Stephanie*

*Subs will be noted in registration software.

Class may be cancelled if minimum of three students is not met by 9:00am on the day of your evening class or 5:00pm the day before for your morning class- please register early!

Pregnancy is a time of unique needs: preparing for birth physically and mentally, alleviating common discomforts, building community, learning about evidence based options for birth and beyond, reducing stress, and seeking better sleep.

Have all of these needs and more addressed through Prenatal Yoga at The Nesting Spot!

All of our classes offer time to check-in, including sharing discomforts you may be experiencing or concerns you may be having about pregnancy and birth. This allows our expert teachers to tailor the practice to your needs, as well as helps you create meaningful connections with other people sharing this transformational stage of life.

Our classes are appropriate for experienced yoga practitioners and newbies alike, with a meditation and movement practice that focuses specifically on finding comfort in pregnancy and preparing for labor and delivery. Postpartum parents are welcome to join, as this practice may feel more comfortable and familiar than returning to a “regular” yoga class in the first early months of parenting.

What to Bring:
Please bring a set of yoga props: two blocks, a blanket, a bolster, and a mat. If you do not have these items, a set may be rented for $10 cleaning fee. Further details on props can be found here.

Please be a few minutes early to get settled before the practice begins. As the Zen proverb says, “If you don't have time to meditate for five minutes, then meditate for an hour.” You deserve to take this precious time for you and your baby!
