Join Becca Guttadauro, Lamaze Trained Educator, Lactation Educator and birth/postpartum doula, for this 4-week series in which you'll gain in depth knowledge about the laboring and birth process and what to expect as you navigate this special journey to become parents. This class is taught with El Camino Midwives (Bay Area Maternity: BAM) patients in mind, but is relevant to ALL pregnant people who plan to birth their baby in a hospital setting. Class covers all of the basics of a complete childbirth prep series:

• Pregnancy comfort techniques

• The "emotional map of labor"-labor stages

• Effective comfort measures and how your partner can help

• Understanding interventions & curveballs in the laboring process

• Common newborn procedures
