Expectant and New Parents
Welcome to The Nesting Spot for Birth and Beyond, where we believe that building community and fostering human connection are essential to thriving during the journey of pregnancy and parenthood. Our classes and support groups are intentionally designed to create lasting bonds, allowing families to share experiences and grow together. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the early days of parenthood, or finding your rhythm as your child grows, our space offers more than just education—it’s a place to feel seen, supported, and uplifted.
Our Commitment
Led by a team of skilled professionals who are passionate about holistic, evidence-based care, The Nesting Spot is here to walk alongside you every step of the way. We honor each unique person who walks through our door and appreciate the opportunity to get to know you and your family. We are invested in your growth and well-being as a parent and person- when you thrive, so do we!
As a new center, we are expanding our program every day. Let us know if there is a class or service that would enrich your experience as you settle into life with Little Ones. We are here to serve!

Preparing for Baby:
You’re Not Meant to Do This Alone
Most expectant families don’t know what they don’t know—and often find out the hard way. At The Nesting Spot, we’re here to change that. We offer a warm and welcoming space for pregnant families to prepare for birth and parenthood with confidence and connection. Our thoughtfully curated classes include prenatal yoga, childbirth education, and workshops on topics like comfort measures and postpartum planning. Each class is designed to support both body and mind, blending evidence-based information with community-building practices. Whether you’re looking to deepen your knowledge, ease physical discomfort, or simply connect with others on this new path, The Nesting Spot is here to nurture and empower you every step of the way.
Postpartum:
We’re Here for What Comes Next
Many new parents are surprised by how intense and disorienting the postpartum period can be—emotionally, physically, and practically. At The Nesting Spot, we’re here to make sure you don’t navigate this alone. Our postpartum offerings are designed to meet you with compassion and care as you adjust to life as a new family. From new parent groups with support for infant feeding, sleep, and mental health, to parent & baby yoga and infant development classes, we provide space for honest conversations, expert guidance, and meaningful connection. Whether you're looking for reassurance, resources, or just a place to be seen and heard, The Nesting Spot is here to support your growth as a parent and a person.

Growing Together:
Support for Every Stage of Parenthood
Of course, once a parent, always a parent. After settling into the parenting journey, there is still need for community, resources, and information. We’ve got all of that for more seasoned families, as well. Have fun and connect with your toddlers and preschoolers in our family yoga classes. Learn skills to approach parenting from a grounded place in our Mindful Parenting classes. Whether you're navigating big emotions, shifting family dynamics, or simply looking for a supportive place to grow alongside your child, The Nesting Spot offers meaningful opportunities to keep learning, connecting, and thriving—together.
