Learn gentle, realistic ways to help your newborn (and you!) sleep better during those first three months and beyond.
We’ll talk about what’s normal, how to set up a peaceful sleep space, and small routines that make a big difference later on — no “cry it out,” just practical, loving tips. Establishing healthy sleep routines from the beginning can reduce sleep issues and minimize the need for more aggressive sleep remedies as your baby grows.
Ideally taken before your baby arrives and still useful in the first three months postpartum.
Includes Q&A, safe sleep tips, and real-life solutions.
