I grew up in Southern CA and moved to the Bay Area where I met my husband of 6 years and we have had 5 beautiful babies together! All of my deliveries were very different. I have had a cesarean, a VBAC with an epidural, a DNE due to a loss at 16 weeks, and an unmedicated twin VBAC in a hospital. Because of what I personally experienced, I knew that I needed to help other women and families achieve the outcomes they deserved and wanted. I have since supported multiple twin deliveries, VBACs, families facing trisomy diagnosis, birth center families, and more. I am also a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (in the process of securing my IBCLC). I believe that birth should be respected, not feared, and that parents deserve to know the pros and cons of every intervention and decision they make during pregnancy and labor in order to make informed choices. I believe that women are built beautifully and perfectly designed to deliver their babies and with the right support, they have the strength to get through such a transformational season empowered and proud of who they are and what their body has done.
