I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist with a decade of experience working with individuals, children, and families. I specialize in, fertility, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum anxiety and depression, parenting tools, grief and loss, and attachment issues. I am passionate about helping individuals find confidence and joy again in their parenting journey and feeling like they are able to live out their values as parents to form healthy and secure attachments.

My approach focuses on embracing a client-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based therapeutic approach. My sessions feel like you are having coffee with a good friend, who has evidence based knowledge to address your struggles. I prioritize creating a supportive space where clients are at the heart of their healing journey.
