You don't have to navigate it all on your own.

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, be heard without judgment, and focus on your own wellbeing while caring for those you love. Together, we'll make sense of what you're experiencing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and supported.

My approach is collaborative, strength-based, attachment-focused, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and nervous-system informed. My goal is to help you feel less alone and more confident as you move through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions of motherhood.
