I am a Registered Nurse who has been providing full time night postpartum services since 2003 for over 180 families internationally ( 230+ infants). My extensive experience includes, but is not limited to: parental education in newborn development, massage techniques, feeding assistance, establishment of feed & sleep routines and sleep training techniques as appropriate.

Babies change everything except their own diapers! Babies are blank slates when they arrive. They only learn what they are taught. Whether the first or subsequent addition to a family, there are always known and not-so-obvious adjustments to be made. Enter "Your Family's Sleep Angel"

My goal is to help parents "read" their infant's cues as they all learn to peacefully co-exist and grow comfortable with each other. This is easier to do when everyone gets enough sleep.
