Breathing is our life, to bring new life into the world we must breathe. When we are born, we inhale our first breath and when we die, we exhale our last breath. I am a mother, who loves life and I want to support mothers bringing new life into the world.

I also facilitate Guided Breath Sessions to help get us back to our bodies, create calmness within us, center ourselves, and release trauma. I facilitate pregnant women and everyone. Being able to trust our bodies, trust our partners, trust your baby, being present, letting go of our past birth experiences is essential in the birthing process.

I would love to bring awareness and help prepare you for your new journey.
